Some purchases (such as our live trainings and consulting programs) come with a NO REFUND policy given the amount of time energy and skills that go into creating the consulting programs or live events.

 

Any product sold by or on behalf of Silverback Marketing Agency will have CLEARLY on any sales material the refund policy along with a link to this page prior to purchasing. All order forms and checkout forms will also clearly indicate our refund policies and link to this page here for further reference.

 

You are eligible to get a refund for courses or digital products that reference a money-back guarantee or refund on the sales page of the product. If there us no reference to a money-back guarantee, we can’t provide any refunds.

All deposits for our 1-1 consulting services, or other marketing services are NON refundable. Your deposit reserves one of our very limited spots, as well as covers all the follow up and onboarding process. This is why all deposits are non-refundable.
